SHIPAID Anti-Spam and Responsible Email Policy

SHIPAID requires its domains and email infrastructure to be used responsibly and prohibits their use for spam, deceptive messaging, phishing, malware, or other abusive communications. This policy applies to SHIPAID employees, contractors, affiliates, vendors, service providers, and other third parties acting on behalf of SHIPAID.

SHIPAID-owned or controlled domains, including shipaidai.com, may not be used to:

  • send bulk spam or abusive email;
  • send deceptive or misleading messages;
  • impersonate another person or organization;
  • distribute phishing, malware, fraudulent links, or other harmful content;
  • continue contacting recipients who have requested that communications stop;
  • use misleading sender identities, domains, subject lines, or content; or
  • allow third parties to use SHIPAID domains for unauthorized or abusive campaigns.

SHIPAID may use email to communicate directly with businesses that may have a legitimate potential interest in SHIPAID’s services. These communications must accurately identify the sender and organization, must not contain deceptive content, and must provide recipients with an appropriate way to decline further communications. Requests to stop receiving communications are honored promptly.

SHIPAID monitors the use of its domains and may suspend or terminate access by any employee, contractor, vendor, affiliate, or third party that violates this policy.

Reports of suspected abuse involving a SHIPAID-controlled domain may be sent to: abuse@shipaid.com
